Exchange Policy
The purchased products can be replaced with different sizes and colors according to the terms set by our shop. All product exchanges are subject to inventory and logistics conditions. You can contact our customer service team savingeniuses@gmail.com for return or exchange before the products in this store are shipped; if you need to exchange the products after the goods are shipped, you need to receive the goods and return them at your own expense before we can Send new products to you.
Return Policy
You have the right to submit or send a notice to the store within 7 days after receiving the product, to withdraw the product you purchased, or to replace the product. You can send an email to savingeniuses@gmail.com. You need to send an email to the above email address with the product information you want to withdraw or exchange. If you send us an email, we will send you a confirmation email after receiving your notification. When contacting us, please be sure to include your order number. If you need a refund when the goods are not shipped, please contact our customer service directly; but after the goods are shipped, you need to receive the goods and bear the return shipping costs. We can only refund your payment after receiving the goods; after the refund is successful, You will receive a refund email, and the refund will be refunded to your paid account within one working day.
Defective Product
If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately. After the product is found to be defective, please contact customer service and provide relevant picture proof. If we find that the product is defective, we will bear the return shipping fee or a full refund.
Shipping Policy
Orders may take up to 7 working days to ship. We strive to ship them within 24 hours of normal working days, or within 1-2 working days of the promotional period. Please note that the delivery time we provide is for reference only, starting from the shipping date. Delivery time does not take into account delays caused by payment authorization and/or saleable inventory. If the product fails to be delivered within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order.
